As part of a business plan to grow and appeal more broadly throughout Australia, the client rebranded their business with a new name – On Hold On Line, accompanied with a bold, new visual identity. As part of this rebranding process, a new website was essential as it would serve as the face and shop front of the business as well as the main portal for engaging new clients and recalling existing clients. In a very competitive field of “phone messages on hold”, many prospective new clients in need of this service were likely to seek numerous quotes and inquiries all accessed online through company websites. Therefore the website needed to be professional, clean, fresh, different, and not bogged down in a heap of text as to stand out.
When creating the website I incorporated all required information that potential clients would seek, whilst portraying the professionalism and quality that would appeal to their target market of being businesses of all sizes anywhere in Australia. With first impressions in mind, bright colours mixed with eye catching imagery were used to compliment On Hold On Line branding. Clear labels, minimal text and simple navigation that allowed the user to easily scroll through to the contact form. The site has also been set up with an easy to use content management system, allowing the client to add more pages and content, to improve SEO and enhance the user experience.
A professional eye catching website that is simple to find, east to read and encourages customers to make enquiries. On Hold On Line has seen steady improvements in their organic search results, are being found on Google when searched for by name and receiving inquires from new and potential clients locally and nationally.
