The Brief

Geraldton Region Farm Sales required a website that would allow people to quickly access information about their business and browse their property listings.  The company also wanted a professional online presence and required all of their property listings to be managed from a single management console to reduce administrative tasks.

The Approach

We began by designing a clean, modern and professional website and integrated a My Desktop data feed, which gave Geraldton Farm Sales the ability to manage all of their property listings from a central console. My Desktop sends the property listings to various online real estate websites like realestate.com.au and domain.com.au and automatically adds each new listings to the Geraldton Farm Sales Website to eliminate double-handling.

The Result

Enquiry forms for all property listings have increased incoming leads and reduced initial phone and administrative time and allow Geraldton Region Farm Sales to seamlessly grow their customer database. The content management system enables their site to easily expand as their business increases and additional attention paid to SEO means that the business is getting valuable exposure online and organic traffic is increasing.
