Updating your personal details or payment method

If you’re subscribed to a Scoop Website Care Plan, you can login to your account at any time and edit any of your personal details and payment method. The guide below is a guide on how to update your subscription payment method.

Log Into your Account

  • To log in to you account, visit the Scoop website and click the Account Login tab under the “Contact” tab.
  • Enter your username (or email address) and your password and click “Log In“.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click the Lost your password link underneath the Log In button and follow the process to reset your account password via your email address.

Once you have logged in, you will land on the My Account page. This page contains links to all of your account information including

  • Recent orders
  • Billing Address
  • Subscription Details
  • Payment Methods

Update your subscription payment method

In order to update your payment method, click the “My Subscription” tab and then click the “Change Payment” button

This will bring you to the Change Payment Method page. Scroll down and enter your new credit card details in the grey section at the base of the page and then click the Change Payment Method button at the base of the page.

Your details are now updated and any future subscription payments will now be charged to your new credit card.
