“This architectural practice engaged Andrew Eastman to design and construct a website which would best present the aims of the practice, showcase previous projects, attract potential clients and provide regular reports on activity and security.
The creation of a website involves input from the client to describe the business or practice to attract and inform potential clients. Creative decisions are required regarding imagery (graphic, photos and videos), layout and typography as well as the technical knowledge of web software, language and hosting.
My experiences with previous websites construction have been of a fragmented process, where website technical skills and knowledge are not necessarily matched with trained graphic skills and experience, and vice versa.
